- *** If you are required by law to take an interlock test please add the additional fee to your package.
Everyone will use our company vehicle to take the test. The test takes an average of 20 minutes. READ BELOW TO SEE WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
- You must have a valid permit to take the test
- Pictures of your permit are NOT allowed.
- You may use the MyColorado App for proof of your permit.
16-18 years old:
- If you have not held your permit for one full year according to the issue date on your permit, you will not be able to test.
- Note: If you are under 16.5 years old and live within 30 miles of any driving school, you may pass the test, but the law will not allow you to get your license until you have also completed 6 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction with a certified instructor. You can sign up for the 6 hours BTW time HERE, or wait until you are 16.5 years old to take the test.

Classroom
4 Hour Course (In-Person)
This course is the State of Colorado accredited 4 Hour Drivers Awareness Course.
If you choose to take the written permit test after completing the class you will need to bring to class a pre-registration code from the DVM. You can find the link to get the pre-registration code HERE.

This course consists of:
- 30 Hours of in-person instruction
- Permit Test*

If not, they will take a practice test or you may choose to take a class closer to their 15th birthday. Students who are too young to take the test in class may choose to take the test at the DMV or return here when they are within age. Appointments are required. Dear Parents- If your child wants their license before 16.5 years of age, they will also need 6 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction with one of our certified instructors. Written Permit Test (In-Person)
This course consists of:
- 1 Written Permit Test
The written permit test is required to have a permit issued by the DMV. Since you are not already a student of ours, you will need to bring:
- a picture ID or your old license.
- If you have never had a license, please pre-register on the DMV website and bring in your confirmation number.

Online Classroom Only (Online Only)
To be eligible to enroll in this Online Driver’s Education Course, you must:
- Be at least 14 ½ years old
- Have access to the Internet
- Complete the online registration form on the next page
- Pay the course tuition. This fee must be paid at registration. A student will be locked from his/her online account until payment is received.
- Register with the Colorado State DMV to obtain a Pre-Registration Number (instructions for this step are available once a student logs in to his/her online course).

Behind The Wheel Lessons
Behind-the-Wheel Only- Greeley
This course consists of:
- 3, 2-hour behind-the-wheel sessions with our certified instructor ($425)
- 1 Half Priced Drive Test ($40)
All teens who want to get their driver’s license before age 16 1/2 are required to have six hours of BTW training with a certified instructor.
*** We do require that you have at least 10 hours of driving experience before your first lesson***
All 6 hours of driving will be completed with the same instructor! Please note, that some of our instructors book about 4-6 weeks out. If you need the driving finished within a month, please email info@anshordriving.com to see if we can accommodate you sooner.
